Situational anxiety in vocational high school adolescents is a psychological problem that requires structured intervention. This study aims to analyze the influence of school counseling services with the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach on reducing adolescent anxiety levels at SMK Ash-Shiddiqyah Lempuing Jaya. The research method used true experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group design involving 60 students (30 experimental groups and 30 control groups). The research instrument used the State Anxiety Inventory which consisted of 20 statement items. The experimental group received six sessions of structured CBT interventions, while the control group received regular school counseling services. The results showed that the experimental group experienced an average decrease in anxiety score from 42.87 to 34.90, while the control group increased from 39.20 to 50.57. The ANOVA test produced a significance value of p=0.000 which showed a significant difference between the two groups. These findings prove that the CBT approach is effective in lowering adolescent situational anxiety levels through cognitive restructuring and maladaptive behavior modification. Practical implications of the study recommend the implementation of CBT-based counseling programs as an integral part of counseling counseling services in vocational high schools.
